Khris Creel, Operations Manager
Khris Creel is the Operations Manager and systems architect whose work centers on building durable infrastructure behind business and community-based ventures. She created Creel Cooperative to structure, stabilize and maintain the administrative, financial and operational functions that allow businesses to function reliably as they grow. Her academic foundation in business and finance shaped the methodology behind her approach. She architects and maintains backend operational systems with the same discipline, precision, and structural integrity required by financial and compliance-heavy environments.
Her professional background includes experience across Business, Creative, Financial, Government, Healthcare, and Retail industries–including regulated healthcare environments, government financial systems, enterprise-level implementation, physical operations management, private medical practice administration, and multi-portfolio venture development.
Throughout her career she has worked alongside controllers, CPAs, and attorneys—and continues to partner closely to ensure all work and systems meet legal, regulatory, and fiduciary compliance standards. She is currently pursuing Enrolled Agent certification through the IRS to strengthen her infrastructure support across both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
